Cardi B has reacted after being told that she will likely go to jail over a club assault case. She appeared at the Queens Criminal Court, where she pleaded not guilty to assault and reckless endangerment charges for the 2018 incident, which took place at a Flushing strip club in Queens, New York.
The rapper was accused of throwing a bottle at two bartenders, who are sisters, and she also ordered her friend to attack the pair.
Cardi is accused of orchestrating the assault and it has been rumored that it all went down because one of the women was allegedly creeping around with Offset.
Cardi B turned down the chance to plead guilty to the third-degree assault charges in exchange for a conditional discharge. She now faces up to four years in jail if she is found guilty of the charges.
After news of her not guilty plea circulated, trolls quickly took to social media to tell Cardi that she would be going to prison. She decided to clap back. She told one troll that before going to prison, she will break more records.

The rapper will head to Queens Criminal Court on Oct. 25, where she will be scheduled for a hearing, according to CBS 2 News. The Bronx native pleaded not guilty at her arraignment back in 2019, after being indicted on 12 counts including two counts of felony for attempted assault and a charge for reckless endangerment, the report noted.
Cardi is accused of orchestrating an attack on the Wattley sisters, who were bartending at the strip club in Flushing, Queens, during the incident. The sisters said the Grammy-award-winning artist and two of her close associates allegedly threw glass bottles and drinks at them during their scuffle. One sister even claimed that her head was slammed into the bar during the altercation.
